The workout plan to lose the" mommy belly" & bring back your flat tummy.
The Fit Yummy Mummy system by Holly Rigsby is specifically aimed at mothers who want to get back to their pre-birth shape. This is a well written guide which is relatively easy to follow, but certainly on your first read through it can be hard to get your head around. If you get the Deluxe version then you can listen to the two interviews with Holly which will help you really digest what the system is all about.
This program is an extensive guide for active mothers to help them combat the most prevalent, disheartening issue that mothers face after having their babies: getting their pre-baby body back again. For most moms, the changes that happen to their bodies while they are pregnant in combination with sudden new responsibilities that they have, make it very hard to get the same figure back that they had before pregnancy.
The main product is a 110 page guide which takes you through exactly what to expect and how to prepare yourself mentally so you stick to it and get the results you want.
It then gets into nutrition and there are 4 different plans which you cycle through 4 times each to cover 16 weeks in total. Each section tries to get you to learn 7 good eating habits and you learn a couple each time you get to that plan so that hopefully by the end you are following all of them and eating sensibly and healthily.
Then it moves onto wokring out and you’ll be pleased to know the workouts are just 90 mins a week in total (30 minutes per session or two 15 minute sessions), and you get taken through a variety of different schedules you can follow so you can fit it round your weekly activities.
The exercises are all relatively easy, no scary exercises with huge weights, just starting with bodyweight exercises and using a medicine ball and exercise ball, then moving on to use some dumbbells as well you could use bottles of water if you don’t want to get any dumbbells.
This book is different than a lot of the other fitness product you will find online: this book offers friendly support, knowledge of the special situations that mothers go through, speaks with common sense, and is very informative. The woman who wrote the book is a mother herself and it is easy to see that she knows and understands the way a mother’s life works, because there are no impractical instructions such as no carb diets or two hour workouts.
Troubleshooting: One of the most important parts are the emails that are sent to you by the author that will help you stay on track and provide you with healthy recipes and fitness tips. Even mothers who start out really wanting this may find keeping on track to be difficult. This is why the follow up emails help out so much.
